Being a Spy in the Studio!

Hee hee hee!  Come along as I take you on my journey into the studio with Jonathan!  

I get to work in the greatest office in the world for a man that is singularly my most favorite boss, EVER.  Trust me, it's not all fun and games. . . okay, it's pretty close but even when I am learning a new skill or doing research and I need a little help, he guides with such grace and inspiration. 

Jonathan has a strict way of doing things but it's never without logical reason and purpose.  If you walked into his office as a newbie, like me, everything is so well organized and thought-out that you don't need to question where to find facts and figures.

I have been doing a few different databases for him and today we went over the one I am creating for all of his song ISRC's (International Sound Recording Codes), while also including what album it appeared on, the release dates, UPC's (Universal Product Codes), etc. 

I'm sure he has them all recorded somewhere but I'M making it pretty. :D Yep, prettier than he could ever do. . . hahahahahahaha. . . he's reading this! 

Anyhoo, he was guiding me through what he wanted to see and it turned into an amazing banter fest complete with f-bombs and b-words.  We were roll playing 'Horrible Boss vs. Horrible Hire' and it was so fun.  Crumpling up in laughter is always good for the soul!!!

We had a lot of fun but work takes precedence and gets to ride shotgun on this rocketship named ©Level 2 Entertainment!

Sometimes, when the boss gets the last word I gotsta' hand a man some payback! 

I nabbed a snippet of a song that Jonathan is working on called "You'll Find Love" and I'm going to post it on this blog!  Tee hee!  Newbie Victorious!  (See below)
